Taking Initiative, Design Thinking, Leadership, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Time-management and all these concepts seem to be heavy and impossible for one. But all these things are one step away from us if we have an urge to do this and to sum up we just need to do AMAL to achieve these all.
Believe in oneself (Khudi), stay firm in your AMAL, take initiative and don’t stop until you have done (Kam Kam Kam) and lastly shine like stars in the sky with the help of each other (Ek aur Ek Gyarah). The four golden Principles of Progress which give you a better perspective to set yourself on a way with well-defined actions.
Life is a journey, and there is a lesson in every step of life. So it is better to be a lifelong learner to get the essence from each step. The three months of Fellowship has taught me a lot that I can not write it in the single piece of writing. Amal Academy helps me in reshaping my concepts of professional world. The interactions in the session help me to think outside the box of Engineering and to work with the people of different professional backgrounds with the spirit of teamwork.
The journey of fellowship will come in to end after a week, but the unforgettable memories that I have with Amal Academy will make me smile in the future, whenever I’ll think about these days of fellowship. I believed that this is not the end and there is a lot more to achieve :)
